Can't really get over the first two lines in the promotional blurb:

It's not your fault that you are missing putts

More likely, the major cause of your missed putts is the putter you are using and not your lack of putting skill.

lol, I know.. the site is tacky.

But it does go on to say that an average putter can expect an 8% improvement in performance.... which will improve more as you get used to it.

It's not like it's saying it will put the ball in the hole every time.

Just wondering are the mechanics it speaks about true?

other golf putters currently available, are all mechanically incorrect for the function they are supposed to perform.

...such blasphemy... on the 50th anniversary of Karsten Solheim designing the first of the most renouned line of putters ever too!

Seriously though, it's very, very hard to take seriously ;). Look at it this way. Nearly every putter used by anybody anywhere is only a slight variation on the Ping Anser. The Yes!, Scotty Cameron, Odyssey Tour and the Anser itself are all pretty much the same stick and are used by the vast majority of players.

There's a healthy minority using things like the Two-Ball, Ping Craz-E (Kenny Perry) etc, and a handful of punters using a blade or handle-head like Mickleson does but... i don't even have the will to continue writing this post...

I doubt that they can accurately measure an 8% improvement on putting to be perfectly honest. I'd also imaging that the likes of Odyssey and Scotty Cameron would have budgets in R&D that could easily swallow them up. Bottom line? I don't believe them tbh.

On a complete and utter side note, I so wish I had 10K to spend on that Harley of yours, it looks totally awesome.

Ya, you're probably right. But I have an innate want to believe that people with ingenuity can outmanoeuvre big corporations.....I just like to believe that :D

lol, thanks. Ya, it's a nice machine, and those pictures don't do it justice either. It hasn't seen the light of day in 7 months.... but this fine weather is calling too me. Must get it out and about soon.
