Just wondering if anyone could tell me is there a time period you have to wait after you get your full license before you're allowed to drive in another country. I hav'nt heard anything about it myself and I'm going to Spain next month and I'd really love to rent a car and cut out this bus/taxi nonsense when I'm there.Oh yeah, I passed my test in February so my license is only a couple of months old.
If anyone knows for sure like.

You can drive in Spain now with your full license, but you may have trouble hiring a car. Check around with the car hire cos to see whether they'll hire to you.

That was my experience too - typically car hire firms insist that you're over 21 and have a full licence for at least a year....

    Sorry,
