i finally understand that feeling people talk about when they give out about people who buy loads of tickets for events and then sell them higher than the face value.

The BSG auction was about a month and a 1/2 ago and some of the people who bought the items bought them to make a proffit rather than enjoy them themselves.

That really "grinds my gears" - humh i might watch that movie tonight havent seen it since it came out

if i won the lotto i would get the blackbird or the cylon raider - both are up next friday - the 8th along with what i am sure will go for countless thousands (or even more) - Saul Tigh's hip flask

I was bidding at the last BSG auction but i couldn't afford a thing and it was just after Christmas / new years no way was i going to have money then and there was nothing that went for under 500 (and i accidentally clicked bid 500 on a yellow engineers case from the hanger desk but thankfully someone outbid me)

i was well pissed off at not getting anything last time i thought there might be one or two small things going for sub 500 last time but no luck.

Ive had a few months to put a little aside so i do want to get something small, obscure but also very nice little prop but i wouldn't get something just for the sake of it and i wouldn't get something i dont like - so chances are i wont get anything again i really dont want to spend more than 500

that said there is work going on in my house at the moment and i had a mad plan this morning - the house is getting a european style bathroom put in (centre drain in the middle of the room type thing) Anyway a room like that needs to be sealed so water cant get out - which will mean a bit of a step to get into the bathroom - anyway i had a mad idea to get out a loan so i can buy one of the doors from BSG for the toilet.

would i get a load back in 4 days - probally not i wonder how much the doors will go for?

and yes i am a big mad but it would be so kool to have that door

So with 4 final auctions to come up to accompany the plan has anyone won anything or planning on bidding in the up and coming one? I said I was finished bidding after the last one but who knows! Did manage to get a few pieces..and my prize possesion of them

Sorry about the late reply...a bit slow on this lately! The other half will never know what I handed over for it as it wouldnt end well for me I actually got the best deal on one of the helmets. Most went for 2.5k+...mine alot less
