very flat overall. Miles 4-6 are on a main road so a bit boring. As ultraman1 mentioned steep testing hill around mile 7 that lasts for about 1/3 mile. Last 4 miles very quick along canal which is rather nice. Good race for a PB

thanks for the info guys, looking at trying to break pb and was wondering if the course suited, dont mind a couple of hills but not all hills. cheers

I'm half tempted to have a go at this one myself as well as it's about all I can find between May and the middle of June and I need to try for a better half time.

There's a half on in lisburn on the 17th of June. It's a mid week evening run starting at 6.45pm. It costs a whopping £15.00 to enter! Haven't spoken to anyone who has done it, but 2008 results suggest it's pretty fast.
