    Is it illegal or just not available for sale?

    What is the exact law on this herb?

    Can I import it if it is not for internal use (not for human consumption)?

    Will I be put in jail for bringing it to Ireland?

    I do apoligise if this is the wrong forum section for this.

    Kava Kava as far as I'm concerned is harmless,the liver damage trials were a setup using final stage alcoholics as test subjects.

    I have insomnia and seasonal depression,while on holiday in New Zealand I drank Kava and found it immensely helpful,valium and xanax and other drugs scare me.
