I need SKATE 2 on PS3, HELP!

Been saving all my money for my J1 this summer. On Friday was in my mates house and ended up playing Skate 2 on PS3, fricking love it.

Anyone know cheapest deal going on it at the mo. I'm willing to trade in a few games too. Whos the best for that?

I got it for €35 in Xtravision last weekend. Haven't played it much, don't know why, I loved the first game. That's the cheapest I've seen it around the place anyway and I was keeping an eye out for it.

Which Xtravision? I rang my local one and they said it was 49.99! Was that new/used?

Have you played Skate 1? It's not really that different at all, and is a hell of a lot cheaper... They just did a little fine tuning but that's about it.

Would've been the one in Washington St. in Cork. Now I'm trying to remember if it was actually Xtra-vision I picked it up in, pretty certain it was. It was new too. Yeah it was defo Xtra-vision in Washington St. wasn't Game or Smyth's and they're the only other two places I go to get games.

I'd agree with this to be honest. The only thing Skate 1 is missing is trophies. I've hardly played 2 since I got it, there's no much different and for some reason it doesn't seem as free-flowing or something. Much more of a pain to get around the city, find it more frustrating too I dunno why.

i'd say try game, they have been coming up trumps lately with their prices

€32 w. delivery in my earlier link, seen it today in HMV for €38.99. If you have any new-ish games you could trade them into Gamestop, they are giving €30 for trade-ins on selected games.

It was €35 in Xtravision 3 weeks ago, then it dropped to €30 in their sale, but like you said, it's up to €50 now If you've a couple of games on GameStops list you could get it in there.
