    Hi lads,
am updating my old cheap 5.1 at home for my 37" samsung.
I will be conecting a Popcorn-hour by hdmi, sky+ with spdif and a pos wii/xbox also. No dvd player needed at all. Playing 5.1 MKV movies.

Searching around, I was thinking of the Onkyo HT-S5205 or the older HT-S5105 . Nice units with enough power and connections for my setup.

So, if you can supply either of these (black) - which one would you recommend (and price please) or if not - do you have a similar package (seperate av unit and speakers is fine - around the same price bracket), that would suit my needs.

    thanks folks,

    k

    Karl,

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you!

The HTS5105 is now a finished line and we have not had the HTS5205 in yet, but we are expecting it into stock in May (we already have the TXSR307 receiver part in) You could partner the 307 with the Onkyo SKSHT518 5.1 system which we have in stock at £199.95 - giving a total price of £429.95 which I can discount to just £399.95 including delivery.

See details of the 307 on the attachment below and the 518 system details are here: http://www.richersounds.com/showproduct.php?cda=showproduct&pid=ONKY-SKSHT518-BLK

Hope that's all okay and please just drop me a line if I can assist in any way,
