After May 1st people who wish to become driving instructors will require a sponsor. The only companies that can do this are those approved by the RSA. There will be two types of training companies, the first is one that will train you to become an instructor regardless of anything else. The second will sponsor you only if you sign there franchise agreement and join there company for a period of time. My advice dont sign anything that will tie you into a contract that is legally binding.

Does this include those who have passed the 1st 2 parts already and just need to pass part 3?

As it stands at the moment this only applies to new instructors coming on to the roads. Not existing ones currently in the system:)
