Got 100 quid and need a new graphics card for gaming, any suggestions?
All other aspects of the laptop are fine, just the card is lacking.
    Thanks :)

We'd need to know the model. On most laptops you can't upgrade the graphics card. Even on the ones you can it works out very expensive.

Did I just hear cruel Fate going "LOLOLOLOLOLOL"? :o

AFAIK there's no upgrade option on the Equiums, indeed the vast majority of laptops (especially those based on Intel chipsets) lack any BabyPCIe slot at all (ironically you're more likely to be able to upgrade the graphics on a gaming Dell/HP which have proprietary graphics cards and connectors!). You're stuck with the X3100, which means barely-desktop graphics (no games, no HD, hell I doubt it could play a DVD!) until you get a new PC or a laptop with a gaming-quality graphics card :(
