    Tut tut, i before e, except after c!

    Not sure what the point in reporting it is, the guy will just create a new account and start again. Happens all the time on fleabay.

    He has a loyalty record going back to 2004 + 31, he has managed to get Ebay to remove negative points.

    Fleabay do keep a record of IP addresses, Credit card details,emails, names etc which they will check up on if a scammer is notorious. They can only do it for so long.
