Two tommy tanks and a blackout always works for me... :pac:

Seriously though - I've started doing a good bit of stretching before (most) spins. Hamstring, quads, calves, IT band, and neck/upper back.

Usually try to time eating to a couple of hours beforehand - or if I have to go straight out after eating take it easy for the first half hour.

Try to eat then as soon as I get back (within 15-30 mins). Something with a decent amount of carbs, and some protein. That'll replenish your glycogen stores in your muscles.

Sometimes stretch when I get back - but to be honest I often forget.
