Polar RS200 and asics kayano

    So yesterday bought myself the polar rs200 hrm and having a great time timing my splits and finally taking notice of my heart rate more. im up in the 160's when i really really push myself to the edge and tried out my rhr this morning forst thing in bed and was just sub 40. right now as i type it's 48. got new shoes aswell. my asics 2130 are well gone. got the new kayano -150euro. great anti pronater and stability shoe.

    anyone else use these?what ye think?

    Its not the gear that makes the man but it helps.rs200 its a great watch,are you going to get the footpod?mixed reviews on this.
    Kayano is the most over rated shoe in my opinion.

    Haven't tried the watch.

    Had kayano 13s and 14s which were great. Bought the 15s two weeks ago and just didn't like them. They don't seem to have the same arch support as the previous models. Fancy a second pair?? :pac:

    Paid €112 for them in the Elverys sale. Just did the one long run (19miles :P) on the Saturday after I got them and then did a hill session on the Monday and had to walk home with fallen arches...

    I bought a pair of 14s on Ebay yesterday evening. Have a well worn pair of 14s that I'm using now instead.
