My friend has a macbook, over a year old and out of warranty. She thinks something may have gone into the the cd drive, she hears something rattling and it rejects all cds. Any suggestions or places in Dublin that repair apples
    Thanks!

My brothers missus was charged €75 to remove an 80cm CD that was mistakingly put into the drive slot on a G4. (About an hours labour I guess) If the drive had to be replaced I would expect it would be double that. Mac are a lot more expensive to service/repair than PC.
