Hello Fashion people - does this count for this forum? I hope so. (Please move if not)

I'm looking to get a facial, but a reasonably priced one. €30-€40?

    Anyone know anywhere.

    Cheers :D

dermologica do mini facials for about 35e - a lot of salons do these but I know "the nail and something bars" def do!! (the salons with the pink uniform)

What would a mini facial be? Sorry not too familiar with facials etc, curious though, my poor skin is ruined from stress these days, needs a bit of TLC :(

The best cheap facial I find is a home facial.

First start off by pouring boiling water into a basin and hold your head over it to open out the pores.

Then use a facial scrub to clear the pores, but you can also mix some soap with sea salt and use that, just scrub it in really well.

Then use a face mask. Clinique do really good ones but Simple's good when you're on a budget.

Then you may wash your face again with a cream based cleanser to make sure you get rid of all oils.

Then use a GOOD QUALITY moisturiser.

ps. Plz do this BEFORE you go to bed as your face may be REALLY red for a while. But it will be lovely and radiant in the morning.

a mini facial is basically just a shorter version of the regular facial (30 mins as opposed to 60 mins).
I assume you don't get a massage and you dont get all teh the treatments of the full one. probably a basic cleanse steam tone and mositurise.
the nail and beauty bars are in a lot of shopping centres and are the same price so look online. have noticed some salons charging more for the determologica facials!! hth!

elemis do a fab taster facial ..generally €50 but there are good deals out there at the mo.....it involves a hot foot cleanse to start , facial cleanse, exfoliation, mask , scalp massage , tone and moisturise !!! its 30mins

oh also just in ref to the home facial post - its prob best to use a facial scrub instead of sea salt and soap as soap strips you're skin of its natural oils . . . not good.
