x+y-xy Probabilistic Sum - V. quick question, quick reply needed

Hi, Its been a while since I dealt with Probabilistic sum so I can't quite remember.. If you have 3 variables, say x,y and z is it extended be be ProbSum(x,y,z) = x+y+z -xyz or is it something like ProbSum(x,y,z) = ProbSum(x,ProbSum(y,z)) Thanks

Hi,
Its been a while since I dealt with Probabilistic sum so I can't quite remember..
If you have 3 variables, say x,y and z is it extended be be
ProbSum(x,y,z) = x+y+z -xyz
or is it something like
ProbSum(x,y,z) = ProbSum(x,ProbSum(y,z))

would be x + y + z - xy - xz - yz + xyz i think (equivalent to your second option)
