Thomas is running the Boston marathon on Monday.

He's trying to go sub 3 for the first time. I wish him all the best with it. He's put in a savage amount of work over the last 6 months. i'm sure he'll update his blog when he gets a chance afterwards. Go Go!

Ditto best of luck, your log was the first one I started following (stalker :D) along with grellan and stupid private and the one thing I take from your log is consistency, so I hope Boston does you justice

    Not me anyway....or Sungod!

You'll find that the guys who don't talk about their times are the ones with the faster times! We certainly have a few sub-2:50s, not too sure if any sub-2:40s.

There are a few posters with sub 2.40 times. A training partner of mine ran 3 hours on the button in Paris. He has a great attitude, couldn't give a flying $hite, is just delighted with his run

Best of luck TFB. I have been reading the blog all along - judging by the savage mileage and pace you've been putting in, I have no doubt you'll get your sub-3.

    Thomas,

Best of luck and I'll be praying for the wife and kids. As most family men know the foundation for a good run is built on the care and patience of the family who have to live with the obsessed runner.

I've been like a teenage girl since my disaster in rotterdam but the family are still there coping with my tantrums. So I will be offering a prayer to your main fan club!

Best of luck Thomas. With luck, after the savage training and consistency you've shown, you'll get the deserved sub 3.
