to anyone who has meteor broadband.

I'm wondering if I can just top up my account using internet banking or by using an ATM. I would find this much easier than say buying a voucher from a shop.

Please let me know if this is possible- thanks

The top up is just a regular mobile top up, so if your bank allows this for Meteor, then yes. Some do, some don't.

yeah, I was wondering if it's a normal topup or is it assigned to the device in some special way.

    Thanks for the info.

Once you topup, you need to transfer that to the Broadband To Go, otherwise it stays as regular phone credit.

just an update for those wanting to know.

I added credit to the account using internet banking and the credit went across even though it is a broadband sim.

It handy when you need credit and can't find a shop to buy a voucher

    Thanks for the response :)

Do be careful though if the following conditions apply

you want to buy a monthly pass and

you've run out of credit on the SIM already and

you're using the Meteor Broadband connection itself to buy credit

Basically the guy from support said it will default you to the daily pass unless you send the "gimme a monthly" text BEFORE you start using the SIM again.
