    Can't compare to Limerick but:

    Mine: 425 monthly
    Girlfriend: 375 monthly.

I think that 350-400 a month is the average.

depending on where you're living, I'd say the average is closer to 300-400

    What the feck???

We are moving at the moment, spent the last two months looking at prices in Maynooth and Dublin City. Prices have fallen everywhere, especially in Maynooth. The average range for a 4 bed at the moment is 1100-1200, 275-300 max (these are good houses).

Decent 1-2 bed apartments in Dublin city centre are going for 800-1000.

Unless you are living in a new apartment or pebble hill, demand a decrease now

But our rent is between 4 Efla, big difference if your liveing on top of Dunnes in a 2 bed apartment with 2 people... Easily 450 each in that case... Living with 3 others in a bigger house cuts it down big time
