Think of mods as like presidents, they can be banned from other countries no matter where they are president. A bit like Mugabe being banned from travelling to the US a few years back. That's not to say I am comparing any mods here to Mugabe.

Course they do. I've been banned from Soccer twice (pre-modship), Politics, Gigs & Events and AH.

I think a PI mod was banned from their own forum. I'm sure there have been others. I was banned from the entire Rec category while a mod of AH.

You can't be banned from a forum while you are modding it. An admin would have to de-mod you then ban you. It's a software thing.

Two former AH mods were banned from posting in AH for a week about 3 years ago.
Had they posted during that time, they would have been demodded.

Yep. I was banned from humour for three months around 4 years ago. Can't quite remember why - I think it was for going into detail on why someone wasn't funny.

We're required to be logged in for a minimum of 40 hours per week.
We don't get over-time unless one of the mods goes on holiday.
