Specialize Sprinting Coach

    Hi,

    Does anyone know of any specialised sprinting coach in the Dublin, Tallaght area or Carlow area?

    Don't know any in Carlow.

    Tallaght has a club but I don't know if they have a sprint coach. I know some of their sprinters who train in Santry, most notably Brian Gregan.

    Best to do is join a Dublin club that has a sprinting element, most do. Check the links section at the top of the forum to find Dublin clubs.

    Cheers I might go Dublin for the summer and see what the story is. The coaches in Carlow are grand but too much of long distance. Plus I am like the oldest sprinter in the Club.l
