Unable to list items on Ebay store

    Hi,

    I opened a Ebay store and I can't seem to be able to list items. I just dont have the option.
    I had an american store and that worked fine. Then I closed it and opened an Irish one.
    I have emailed Ebay twice but havent heard back.
    Has anyone experienced this before?

    It's difficult to tell what's going on unless I can see your account but what happens when you click on Sell? Are you getting any error messages?

    Hi JJ,

    No I can sell an item normally. Its when I try to sell an item through
    my store. I basically don't have the option anywhere to list an item.

    Any item you list on your account in the normal manner will also show up in your shop. When you're listing an item and you have a shop, you can also indicate which shop category you want it placed in.

    If you're looking for the Shop Inventory Format, that doesn't exist anymore. It's been combined with the Fixed Price format. If you select Fixed Price, you can list it for up to 30 days or Good 'Til Cancelled.

    Thats was it. Didnt know they stoped the shop Inventory.
