    Greetings!

I invested a healthy 5 figure sum in Waterford Wedgewood Ordinary Shares in early 2007.
Unfortunately, company has now ceased trading, and shares have been delisted.
I am a PAYE worker with no other capital gains to write off this loss against.
Do I have any financial recourse to claim anything back,or have I done my dough!!??

The loss can be offset against capital gains that you might have in the future but other than that I think it is a write off.

Unfortunately you have lost everything. Big risk when investing in equities. Hard luck.
