NTL box on wall

Recently moved into a new house, before doing renovations NTL came out and removed the box on the front of the house, it's on a pole in the garden. They'll come back when we ask them this week and put it on the house again.

They said there'd be a concession, there's a few people in the house and we'll probably be going for the 20Mbit internet + digital + sports packages if NTL can give us a good concession, I take it the minimum concession is basic cable TV but if it's just that we'll go elsewhere for extras like digital and internet (I like good picture quality and there'll be 6 people downloading stuff so NTL is not my 1st preference for either but if it's free or cheap I'll take it, recession 'n' all).

Does anybody have any recent experience of concessions recently under UPC? Where will they draw the line? I like to bargain but I don't want them to say just forget it and then they remove the box. This happened to my friend a few years ago, he was taking the piss and annoying them but I want to avoid it. I'll tell them we're going for a big package, ask them what can they do for us and see what happens but I'll bargain if I'm not happy.

They will deal if they have no choice.
