    Hi,

Does anyone know whats going on with this house? Seems to have been boarded up for long time (just the downstairs windows). Strange time to be able to leave the house empty...

Must also annoy the neighbours living nearby...

Yes, its a bit of an eye soar, saw it last week. Its lucky that its an end of terrace, not that many neighbors to annoy.

I rang the management company a few months back. Told her the place was a fire hazard as all it would take is one little genius with a lighter to set the thing on fire. It's been broken into a number of times and the Guards have been called. I was told that it is to become a residential property.

Re the boarded up house - There was a sign outside the other day - 'for sale' think it might have been Wicklow county council  If not does anybody know the name of the management company that own the property - Don't think its Durkans though. Thanks loads:D
