For small quantities you have 2 options. The ceramic chips with a full custom print which will cost just under €400 for 500 chips all inclusive of artwork, case etc. (takes 2 - 3 weeks)

The basic option is customised labels which cost €10 set up & €1 per sheet of 70 plastic labels. (takes 2 - 3 days)

For larger quantities of 10k + chips you can get factory customised chips and it works out approx. 15c - 20c / chip.
