I have Astra 1 and Astra 2 working off one dish (supplying two TV's) through seperate LNB's through a Discq switch. Astra 1 needs to be retuned as I have lost a lot of the channels (wind I suppose moving dish)-how can i do this without messing up the channels on Astra 2?

When you say "re tuned" do you mean the dish needs re aligning?

Ok re tuning has nothing to do with a dish. You can do this yourself but multi lnb set ups can be tricky so you might want to consult your installer.
