    Hello,

I am due to launch a website next month whereby customers can advertise their services on it for a fee.

My question is do I need a solicitor to draw up a document of Terms & Conditions?
Would it be sufficient for me to have a disclaimer & Privacy policy listed on the website instead?

    Regards

Find a similar site and copy / paste :-) Make sure you don't leave any references to their service in your finished work though.
