Loose C-Pillar Trim on an E46 320d

In the last week or so, the external plastic trim on the c-pillar of my '04 320 has come loose at the bottom - which means it lifts every time you open the backdoor and sometimes stops the door closing properly. I think it's just held in by plastic clips, but I'm a little wary of having a proper go at fixing it in case I do more damage.

Have any of you come across this, and is it easy enough to change?
