My husband and I both owned properties before marrying last summer. Mine in my name only and his joint mortgage sole title. I'm aware that we have to elect a PPR now we are married. We live between both houses and rent neither out. We have been claiming TRS on both and only found out at wend that you can only get this on PPR. I rang TRS and they said we may have to pay back the TRS on his property from date of wedding. They couldnt tell us for sure if this would happen or if we were ok for '08 as we got married in '08 and only owe for 09 to date. Does anyone have any experience of this??

    Any advice appreciated!!
