What a bizzare name for a thread. If someone can phrase it better then please feel free :)

    Here's the scenario:
    - you've got an online community.
    - you've got a number of minorish websites.
    - you manage / run a couple of hosting account for mates etc.

    You die suddenly (it's a bit morbid ... ).

How do various people go about taking over the domains etc?

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks

    Right forum?
It's about online websites and hosting and stuff. Not sure where it's better suited really. Any of the web based forums that are open don't seem very specific.

A "domain" could be considered "property" and if one wanted to be correct, included in a will, but one could just leave them a note with the required passwords, there is no real need to change anything.

If you have access to their email address (which would be registered on the details of the accounts) alot of change of ownership can be done through that.
