    Hey guys,

Does anyone have any experience of teaching in New Zealand (secondary)? What's the availability like, etc? Can I do this while on a Working Holiday Visa or do I have to get a different visa?

    Thanks.

A friend of mine is an English teacher in Auckland. He had to get a 3 year work visa. As far as I know, he had the job lined up before he went out. He was teaching in London, where he went along to an expo. All interviews etc were conducted in London. His girlfriend (who is also a teacher) went over to him last year to live, so from what I can gather getting a teaching job must be easy enough.
