my car list goes as follows
(1)2006-2007 , 1999 vw polo 1.0L ,<-cheap and cheerful first car should have kept it,downside was i crashed it into a lamppost

(2)2007-2008 , 2000 vw passat 1.6l<-great old car but the drive got kinda boring so I ugraded to the 06 tdi expecting the same reliability:mad:

(3)2008-end 2008,2006 vw passat 1.9 Tdi<-turbo/intercooler/fuel pump failure after a few months so i downgraded :eek: was a deadly car up until then tho

(4)2008-present, 2002 skoda octavia Tdi,solid old car but upgrading to passat b5.5 soon

Ican see myself sticking to vag for the near future atleast

1999 Fiesta 1.25 zetec-great car full stop. Should've kept it just for a thrash about now and then

2004 Focus 1.4 Collection-lovely car apart from the engine. Was too underpowered and thirsty. Really miss a sunroof too. One of the best gear changes of any car. Only sold it because it was a disaster with electrical problems. Obviously a monday morning car the bloody thing broke my heart!

2006 SEAT Leon 1.6 S Sport-Up-really happy with this one,77k and counting. Loads of kit-really has everything. Looks the dogs with the sport-up pack. Has proven to be reliable bar an air con compressor fixed under warranty. Looks good, is quiet, comfy and peppy enough for what it is. It's as hard as a rock on bad roads though and drinks a lot when you press on a bit. Next car will be a diesel FR

    2004 - 1987 VW Golf
    2004 - Fiat Panda 1.1 petrol
    2005 - Fiat Panda 1.3 diesel
    2007 - back to the 1.1 petrol
    2008 - Fiat Panda 100HP

I pick a car model I like and fit in and stick with it!

There was a thread on this started a long time ago, it still pops up occasionally. Maybe a search would dig it up?

90 Toyota Supra 3.0 Twin Turbo - Mental Car!
94 Toyota Celica 2.0 (Was daily while I burned rubber in the Supra's!)
    97 BMW 323i M-Tech Coupe
    99 Audi A4 S-Line Avant 2.5L TD - well equipped but diesel!
97 BMW 523i M-Tech - nice enough motor but well bored with it.
79 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am 6.6L - the weekend beast!

Would like to change the daily for a 728/735 and I will let the beast go for the right 'Stang or Chally whenever it comes along and I can afford it!

Temporarily had a few other yokes too:

Pug 406 Coupe - very comfortable and lovely ride but under powered
Merc E320 - nice enough car but very underpowered for it's engine size
Alfa 156 - great car, pitty they fall apart
R21 Turbo - loved this car but it locked me in on more then one occasion!
Sierra Cosworth - Mental car but had the bollocks driven outta it (surprise!?!)

There's lots more but that's all I can think of right now............
