    Hi,
Im very interested in getting a TV from the UK but this site digitaldirect.co.uk only deliver to UK mainland.
    http://www.digitaldirect.co.uk/panasonic/th-42pz80b.html
Does anyone know of a courier company that would act as an intermediate and and ship it from there to here?

    Or is this just mad?

    Thanks
    John

Car ferry over and back. Should be about 170eur return, a courier will charge same and will not have insurance for glass!

If it's that TV in the link - then they are discontinued according to that website - so is there another one you are looking for?

john lewis will usually price match and give a 5 year warranty if you are thinking of getting the ferry.

but if anything goes wrong with your purchase you have a long and costly journey to get any repair, it would probably be cheaper to throw it away.
