moisture/condensation in crank case?

Hello all, looking for any ideas opinions about that tell tale sign of head gasket failure,
I bought a low mileage (50k) Toyota engine for a project car I have in 2005. When I got it renewed all belts/fluids just for peace of mind then it stood for well over a year before i got around to fitting it and firing it up, it started first time and sounded and ran perfect.
Since then I have started the car maybe twice in four years which i know is neglectful, but with work and things you know how it is,

Now just in the past couple of days i have been working on it to get it finished and driving for the summer if we get one, and maybe attend some track days this year,
Before I started it up I sprayed some wd40 into each cylinder the day before just to help it along, cleaned the plugs which were new(2005)checked the oil which is a full synthetic "track day" oil that’s the same oil that’s been there for almost 4 years now that has no driving miles done with it, that looked okay, but will be changed soon.
So I primed it and then started it up. It started up fine again ran it up to temperature then turned it off, I noticed a mustard like cream on the dipstick and under the filler plug,
    How is this?
The car is kept outside. Could condensation form inside the engine due to the hot/cold nature of our weather?
Could it be not bleeding the cooling system correctly?
Could it well be the sign of head gasket trouble or even be the mixing of oil and wd40? Surely it would be burnt off when running? I am a little worried about this and plan to flush the engine with flushing oil of some kind and fill up with new oil.
Any help or ideas are very welcome
    thank you in advance.

I suspect dampness/condensation build up is the cause and if so nothing to worry about.

Remove the breather pipes & rocker cover and clean. Flush engine with either a cheap oil or A.T.F. (automatic transmission fluid, leave engine run till at normal operating temp. with the odd rev. to 2000) drain when hot and refill with fresh oil & filter.
