I'm a final year PhD student (non smoker) and am looking for a single room to let within close proximity to UCD. I'd be available to move in in June, but would need a flexible end date somewhere between December and February (depending on when I submit). If you can help, please PM me. Many thanks,

I have a room, with ensuite, available to rent from June 1st, just off Booterstown Avenue, very close to UCD. Let me know if you are still looking.
