I did a quick search on the AAIU website and there doesn't seem to be anything about the crash, however I don't think the reports on the website are a complete list. Maybe give them an email or a quick call and explain your situation and they might be able to help you out.

Yep them or the IAA. Also newspapers like the Herald or Irish Times will have good Archives, as will RTE :)

I think it might be the Iona National Airways C152 EI-BVV which crashed 5 mins after take off from Dublin airport. It crashed nose into a field & both the instructor & student died. You might find something in the following link, I have never seen an accident report for it : http://books.google.com/books?id=S1oIrPQNJcAC&pg=PA278&lpg=PA278&dq=n6467p&source=web&ots=SsEd122ivz&sig=7GC7uy-BZuqyKlUqjukTaW5zGd8#PPA290,M1 I know it happened as I saw the a/c depart & was part of the recovery team that had to collect the wreckage....not a nice job :(
