Hi all,im wondering if anybody knows if the new n2-n3 link road is under construction yet,i was looking at the updated image for dublin 15 on google earth today and noticed some sort of road being built at the back of the park plaza hotel in tyrrelstown could this be the new n2-n3 link or is just an access road for the new…
