    Depends on how much Flash you know. You're not really going to find a tutorial on how to build that whole thing from scratch.

    To learn ho to do it though here's what you'd need:
    - Start by learning how to start/stop one sound embedded in movieclip.
    - Then look at using the Sound class to do it though code.
    - Then build on that with more advanced controls.
