Although I never went through this, I'd say it probably is useful if you never had a business and have little knowledge about it.
So it opens doors to networking, training, knowledge sharing etc.

On the other hand, nothing this package has that you could not learn by yourself or joingning for free some Irish networks.

But this one is a "ready to go" package I suppose. So there is advantages if you are new to all those things.
