Hi, does anyone do / know of organised hill training sessions in Dublin?

    Something like 3 x 10 minutes on a 2-3 minute hilly loop ?

I've been doing them with good results and want to continue, can think of a number of locations (dalkey / phoenix park etc) but no point me reinventing the wheel if some coach is already doing the same.

Clonliffe do hills on Howth on some saturdays. Thats an option.

I'm sure other clubs do the same, DSD, Crusaders, Raheny, Rathfarnham etc.
