    Hi All,

I have a problem putting Music onto Creative Zen Vision:M this evening/night.

At around 12am I finished doing my fave tracks onto Windows Media Player to put all my music onto Creative Zen Vision:M.

My Creative Zen Vision:M wont accept my music at all??

    I've restarted the player twice

So does this mean that my Creative Zen Vision:M is gone bye bye???

I have new things for it (Black Leather Case Holder, The Remote Contol, UK Mains Charger and The AV Cable - Red, White and Yellow one) and it will go to waste  .

If someone whats these items if I cant get it working I will sell them for around €14.00 as I got these at that price on Ebay.

When you say it won't accept the music, what error message are you getting?

As long as the PC identifies the Zen, then it'll probably be OK. Unlike the iPod, when you put your music onto the Zen, you can actually just go into it from My Computer and there's all your tracks, intact. I used to use the software you get with the Zen to sync it until it came time for me to reinstall it and I didn't have the disc. So what I did until I did from then to the point where it came time for a new MP3 player was just go into the Zen from My Computer, and drag and dropped the songs I wanted.

Can you try loading one song on using the zen software, and then drag and drop one song on using windows explorer and tell us how it goes.
Are you getting any errors when you turn on the zen?
Are the songs on the zen already?
Basically, is it the player or the computer?
Maybe load the sw onto someone elses computer and check if that works?
