I'm a PC head and this is my first Mac.:p

I am not familiar with an Mac software. I want to swap a 20GB IDE Hdd to a 120 GB Hdd, whats the best Mac ghosting software available?

Also I have to split the screen to replace an inverter cable which got damaged by a broken hinge, whats the best glue to use to stick it back together? (Why can't they use screws )

    for ghosting, I recommend CarbonCopyCloner.
for glueing, I recommend nothing too permanent in case it has to come off again!

Cheers for that, I have noticed parts for these rediculously expensive compaired to PC. Even a replacement monitors would fetch double what an equivilant PC would cost.

bear in mind that your laptop is quite old and so spare parts are somewhat rare. but best of luck!
