New rules with regards to driving instructor training will soon be in place.
Companies involved in training will have to be Approved by the RSA.

When does this come into force and how do you become accredited with the RSA (Are there exams similar to the ADI)

There is some information on the RSA ADI web page - towards the end of the page there are 3 documents in a 'box' giving some information on the Training Centers including the application form etc .

Approval is gained by filling out the application forms and complying with the RSA requirements, there are no exams to sit. It will probably be out before May 1st however this is not yet confirmed.

I know that they will come and see your premises and make other checks with regards to the cpc application, so i would assume the same would apply to the adi as both forms are almost the same.
