yeah i have my ps3, xbox 360 and laptop all connected through 3 different hdmi ports. works a chram and has a really good picture. both the ps3 and xobx are displaying at 1080p 60Hz.

really loud tv too, at night time it only on 5 on the volume cause it keeps everyone in the house up if its any higher.

Between those two, I'd go for the LG. It has a higher contrast ratio (though with all these very high numbers, I wonder how relevant they are anymore), and the specs specificaly state having HDMI v1.3 (1.3 can offer improved picture and sound over earlier versions).

I would think about getting the 1080p i didnt think it would make a difference at 32" but the difference is massive i picked up an LG32" for 620 in harvey norman everything is way clearer sharper and no blurring at all. And even normal TV ,DVD's etc look way better.

Think i saw currys had a 1080p for around the 4-500 mark ill have alook see if i can find a link for you.
