I can't think of any shops in Dublin that would sell a proper machine like the porter cable 7424 or meguiars g220. These two machines are good for beginners. They are random orbital (dual action) and are much less likely to burn through paint if used incorrectly.

A random orbital buffer will not burn the paint that easy and have used mine on loads of cars. 'Strongline' are the Meguiars importers into Ireland and stock the Meguiars orbital polisher, they are based in Tallaght in the industrial estate near the Shamrock Rovers statidum on Whitestown Way
