I want to sync two Macs. What do you suggest?

I have an iMac and PowerBook (both running Leopard), and would like to keep a number of folders sync'd - automatically ideally. Don't need anything too feature-laden, what would you suggest?

I have a few gigs of space on a web server and was thinking of just using an FTP client, so if you can suggest a scripted FTP type solution, please do!

    Cheers.

If you definitely want a script (geekcred++), then look into Unison for bi-directional syncronisation. Would also need to be running Unison on your server. Can have the sync run as a cron job every hour, every few minutes or however often you like. There's a nice GUI front-end on OS X as well with the Unison app itself.

Windows Live Sync (formerly FolderShare) works on Macs as well as Pc's and will keep folder synced across multiple computers. Quite handy, and very easy to use.

Forgot to say, you'll need to set up an SSH paired key so that you don't have to be there when the script runs to enter your password.
