Can anyone out there recommend an excellent facial, in the Cork or Munster area if possible? aware there are threads on this already but they seem to focus on recommendations of salons, I don't want a recommendation of a salon alone - while yes I do realise that go side by side, but I want a recommendation of a good facial treatment available in a salon - one that can deal with pores, some fine lines etc and one in which the effects will last for a while. I hate facials where they just rub a load of oils on your face and play dolphin music in the background. That is not what I want as these facials are ineffectual, a waste of hard earned money. Prefer glycolics, microdermabrasion - that sort of thing - often go to Susan Ryans in Cork and have found them good in the past but I want to try something new. Tried to get into Salon 16 in Waterford for that laser facial that was on Expose, was put on the waiting list but heard nothing back from them. Has anyone got one of those? Also if you can remember the price - would be very helpful. I am willing to pay price for an excellent service. I sacrifice clothes and shoes for skin care if I have to - that to me is number one, but times are tough so if a reasonable price even better. Thank you!!
