where is the LC building??

Im guessing this is the new languages building, abbreviated to LC1234 for example on timetables? Can't for the life of me figure out where this is? Is it over by the millstream somewhere maybe?

Not 100% sure of its location, but it is over near the Millstream Courtyard alright

The entrance and building are directly opposite the Living Bridge.
