Lads Im just wondering if anyone can help me.
Im 22 and looking to get back into boxing training. I used to do a bit a good few years ago but just stopped for some reason. Im looking for a decent boxing club that will accept me and not laugh at me cause of my age!
I basically want to get properly fit again and maybe start boxing competetivly again. My Grandad used to be heavily involved with Avona years ago but I dont know whether to try there or somewhere else. Has anyone got any ideas or should I just give up and take up golf?!!

Darndale are a great club and might take you in if you plan on competing, the only way to know is to drop in and ask-baldoyle boxing club are good and there is a few others, a few others might be able to add to that..
