I was holding that in Germany a few weeks ago, at the Redwolf stand at the IWA show. Its an amazing piece of kit...feels very solid and heavy.

    Nice price too :)

€1399 is what Redwolf were talking about.

Slightly too powerful for us too, unfortunately.

The problem with the barretts and cheytacs in airsoft is the 6mm bb's they fire :(

They could double as props for an artillery game, let alone skirmish one as a rifle!

Great piece for a collection though.

do they not fire the standard 6mm?

They do, thats the problem :D

Huge replica, tiny projectile, just kind of a let down is all I'm saying, but thats true of any airsoft I suppose.

get you now...yeah, can see where the let down would be but they still look the business

Great collectors piece, imagine the craic of setting it up, and taking pot shots at a few toy soldiers at the end of the garden, for some scale sniping, and slot poor aul defender dude!

Dribbled over one of these at PR3. The price tag on it was GBP£2000 and as tempted as I was to buy it, it'd be an absolute crime to downgrade one of those for Irish law compliance so no point in buying it imo

Now that's a fugly rifle. But each to their own...

But imagine if we had somewhere offshore to store these things, then we could bring one to Berget... ;)

I'm thinking I should buy a 2nd hand oil rig, install it just outside Irish territorial waters, declare the Principality of Eirsoft and use it as a skirmish site.

If Paddy Roy Bates can do it, I can !

i have one on order , and lemming ....£2000 was absolute robbery
the price wouldnt be 4 figures in euro.

These actually ship with a spring cylinder / mag set as well as the gas one .the spring cylinder is designed for the jap market therefore under a joule.
however there always the magnum cold shot........

between this and the svd , my missus is going to slaughter me :(

You can have the SVD - it goes with your BDUs. I'll have the Cheytac. Deal?
